Laughable. I get my sub isn’t going to look like what they advertise but the lack of meat was brutal and they charge $4 for double meat. Couldn’t find the provolone on my New York Steamer. On the plus side the bread and condiments were good.

Ordering online and in person is a LOT different. Yesterday I had ordered a pepperoni pizza sub with bacon on white bread and got an amazing sandwich. Today I go in and order the exact same thing and got garlic bread instead of white bread and got like 2 strips of bacon.

Due to a recent ad campaign, decided to try a new sub. They advertise $6.99 Pepp Pizza meatball sandwich, if ordered via app. I don’t load apps to my phone for security reasons. Figured it was a coupon priced deal, but when ordering in the store the price is not $6.99 or $7.99 but $10.29 !!! An almost 50% increase over your advertised price. I was there, I was hungry, so I ordered and paid the STORE PRICE. Well, it was not worth it to me, and the unprofessional advertising bait and switch has convinced me to NEVER AGAIN support ANY Firehouse Sub. They got their $3.30 extra but lost a customer who will share this experience and their lousy business practices.

They messed up an order by forgetting to ring a sandwich in. After they found out, they made us pay additional for it without offering any kind of discount for the inconvenience. The manager said she “wishes she could” which was clearly a lie. Spend money at local restaurants, not here

Great food! Staff is ok, not very engaging with customers. Place needs a deep cleaning. I will be back eventually, hopefully they will have done a good thorough cleaning! Prices are reasonable.
