First time trying this sandwich shop. It was very tasty. My cashier was super friendly and had a good sense of humor (I believe his name was Sean). I order a large sub with drink/ mac n cheese and a chips and man was I stuffed. The meat quality was great, the bread was nice and fresh and the mac and cheese was delicious . I will definitely be back.

Normally I LOVE Firehouse but tonight I got the WORST salad I have even seen!!!! Barely any lettuce and barely other veggies, when I ordered all of them. Some of the turkey was hot and ripped. The ham was HOT and not even cut up. No effort to even make it look presentable. It probably took 2 seconds. It looked like a 2 year old made it.

They were out of almost half the soda flavors on their fancy soda machine. Friendly staff though and good food as always. I’m gluten free and had the hook and ladder on their gluten free roll, which is Schar brand for anyone wondering! The sub stayed warm even outside for a bit in 40 degree temps too.

Omg this place is so good. I’ve never had a better Italian sub in my life. And these guys here really care! The workers were awesome and told me people’s favorites and then helped me pick the perfect meal. Not only that, they made this sub beautifully. Not slopped together: stacked to perfection. Seriously. This is a place with heart that will make you a perfect sandwich too.

Massage Therapy Matters
Consistent sandwich solution quick for lunch or dinner plans, really like ability to feed 2 to share with chips, sub, and drink for about $15. Service was slow but minimal staff at the time, quick service, out of limes so couldn’t make ‘the perfect recipe’. Some table service and a checkup made the meal nicer.

I happened to go in when the general manager was working. One of the friendliest guys I’ve met. Treated us like kings and even let us sample the cherry limeade (amazing drink!). Been many times since. Sandwiches are supreme. Love this place! The prep time for each sub is well worth the wait. My only wish is that they bring back the hot sauce bar.

Was greeted with a half hearted “welcome to firehouse”. I get it. People can’t be uppity all the time. Also it was an hour and a half before closing. I ordered the large firehouse hero. And that’s exactly what I got. Love this sammitch. My wife got the turkey bacon ranch. We are pleasantly surprised to find out my wife has over 20grand in points. We will be hosting the next party.
