You advertise a veggie sub that should include lettuce tomato carmelized onions, mayo with peppers and olives garbage!!! Not one veggie you advertise but the ones seen! I said mayo no mustard! Guess what I got! Mustard no mayo! Oh and I ordered no cheese! Your soup was suppererrr salty!! Like really stop cheating customers! The price though $15.40 for trash!!

Gorgeous atmosphere beautiful restaurants everything was very organized. I will say though the wait time for your food is longer than it should be. But I understand why due to lack of staff. There were only two men there working. And a couple of people in the restaurant waiting for their food. I waited for a good 10 minutes to get my food. And it was my first time getting my food at the firehouse and I have to say it was delicious. Definitely would like to go there again. The atmosphere was very clean and felt like you were in really in a fire fighter house. Great for kids and families. I will definitely recommend this place. They have a lot of options in food as well. They also have great customer service. The cashier was fast and polite not just to me but to everybody else that came in the restaurant. I am very impressed with this restaurant being my first time going there.

The restaurant was extremely clean, the staff greeted me right away. The restaurant had 3 customers and the staff worked quickly to take care of all of us. My order was taken within 6 minutes of entering and I received my food in 12 minutes. The only thing I didn’t like was paying $13 for a large sub and receiving a 8 inch sub, chips, a pickle and a drink. If that’s the large, I hate to see what a small is. I was happy to support the local fire department, but the cost does not support the food received.

I don’t think there’s a better sub place in the world, the only thing is, is, I recommend that you eat it there, and then. It’s best freshly made, after 10 to 15 minutes when the meat cools off the bread will get soggy but that’s just part of the experience. It’s still good even when it’s cold, if you eat it cold, I would recommend extra drain on the steamed meat. I also love the fact that it benefits the firefighters fund.

I walked a few steps into the restaurant and was immediately greeted with a vibrant smile and “welcome to firehouse!” That was followed up by fast service. GREAT service and personality. She said I have to wear the hat before I got my food. In a society where customer service is sub par, I was very pleased with your staff. They’re fantastic assets to your company and are rare. I will make it a point to go there more often.

Came in today for a sub. The place is clean and the staff is super friendly. Love the fact they have different touches to show the local firehouse. The food was nice and hot when it got to the table and staff served it.

Sub was good but I asked to not get a pickle, but they placed it on my sub anyway making it taste like a pickle and soggy….I hate pickles..Listen to your customers and relay info.
