I hadn’t been here in quite a while. When I looked it up, the app said sign up for a free large drink on your first order. Cool. Downloaded the app, confirmed my email, and made an order. When I pick up my order, the receipt says nothing about a drink. I brought it up to the fella in charge and he just shrugged his shoulders and gave me a spill about all the problems with the new app vs the old one. I showed him I just made an account 10 minutes before with email verification. He made no attempt to just get me a drink. I won’t be back. I’m sure they appreciate not losing 45 cents on the drink to me.

This Firehouse is in the top tier of the firehouses I have visited. The crew was serious paid attention to detail and appeared to like their work. The restaurant was clean and in general cheerful. I always order a special sandwich the same one at every Firehouse this location managed to make it exactly like I asked Good job!
