My clients were in the mood for Firehouse Subs so we ordered from here. I ordered the jerk turkey sub on wheat. Everything was ordered online. When I arrived I waited a bit for them to make it. I parked in the plaza lot. The food was ready and I left after it was done. When I tried the sub it was very delicious. I really enjoyed the jerk flavors. It wasn’t hot enough though. All in all I had a good experience.

After reading the reviews of this location and then going there myself I don’t see what all the fuss is about with the negative reviews…. As soon as I walked in the door Ashley R. greeted me very politely and with a big smile on her face! You don’t see that too much any more. The store was VERY CLEAN and the atmosphere and ambiance was VERY INVITING to say the least. I felt not only welcomed but comfortable and excited to stay. At the register Darrel was not only extremely helpful but also went out of his way to make suggestions that turned out to be spot on as far as making my meal very appealing and tasty. His suggestion to get my sandwich hot made all the difference. Ashley R. repeatedly checked on me and how I was making out. She even took the time to check out the bathroom before I used it and wanted everything during my visit to be perfect. She DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR HER ACTIONS! I would accept nothing less. The bathrooms were clean and everyone was nice. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Also I forgot to mention how amazing the soda machine is and how it would take you a year to try EVERYTHING they have…. SOOOOO MANY OPTIONS!!

FOUND A FINGERNAIL IN MY SUB! So disgusting. Clearly the employees aren’t wearing gloves and are biting their nails while making the subs. The second bite I took had something sharp in it so I spit it out and pulled out this fingernail. I am so disgusted right now. From the Totowa location on 1/27/23.

The restaurant is very clean and tables are spaced out. The beverage area is clean and Soda Machine has where you can pick any flavor pretty much out there. The limeade Zero is refreshing!

I just had come in earlier today and Had ordered a chicken bacon and ranch sandwich and the guy behind the counter put onions,tomatoes, and lettuce which I asked for no toppings and I cannot have onions because I’m allergic to them. Very displeased with this service and the owner needs to get the place back to normal again. I’m definitely not going here in the future!

Best location to go hands-down, I’m very picky eater and like my subs made a certain way, there’s an employee at this location named INFINITE, this kid makes subs exactly how I want it and even makes the sub real nice and neat, need more employees like this, there all good over here but if you want your sub made the way you want it by someone that actually cares how you like your food, ask for him to make it for you bet it tastes better

I absolutely love the quality of food here. I should have taken a picture of the steak and cheese that I typically get. I also enjoy the 40 sauces where you can always try something new. They also stay on top of them because I have never seen a sauce that was expired so props to whoever checks them to make sure nothing is expired.

First time here and the food was awful. My Italian sub was dripping wet & I’m not sure what was going on with the ham. My fiance ordered a brisket cheddar sub and the meat was 99% fat. Will not be returning.
