Good sandwiches appreciate the numbers on them. However there was mustard on a no mustard sandwich sorry guys. I appreciate the cause and am always happy to be back, but some management needs to oversee this area a little closer. If the mustard was on my regular order instead of the one I branched out too it really would’ve ruined the sandwich. We got it to go and my fiancé was happy to wait inside so I’ll just rely on it normally being a quiet place for a bite.

My wife and have been going to the Liberty, MO firehouse location for years… well that all ends today. Last couple of times we’ve been there the customer service has been seriously horrible. The young lady at the register this afternoon is the rudest cashier I’ve had the misfortune of dealing now and in the recent past from firehouse. She ignores my sandwich request, today I asked for no onion and no pickle on what was supposed to be a cold sandwich. She added onions and heated the sandwich. I am done with this chain of restaurants. I won’t waste my money in a place that hires rude and clearly a bigoted person. She has ruined my orders several times and clearly has not been taught any manners. What a bad experience..

I would love to write things higher, but in my 30 minutes in their store, a tall, bearded employee did nothing but visit with coworkers and hit the female staff with a piece of cardboard box. The female staff constantly told him to quit, and to do some work, but he continued to just hit the female staff with the cardboard. As you can imagine, that ruins the atmosphere, and made the service almost nonexistent. When I left, only two people were actually making the subs, and the other four were standing around the cash register talking about what they did over the weekend. I will not be back

Best sub sandwich I’ve ever had. Only thing I’d change about the experience is change the choices of what emergency service I can donate to, like specifically to firefighters or EMS. I’ll support those guys hands down. Currently the choices are donate to emergency services in general or not at all. I’ll never support cops. #UvaldeTexas
