I love firehouse subs. The subs are consistently good. This was my first time to this location. On the way in, there was a person outside asking for money. When I went in I let the girl behind the counter know. She said they won’t do anything about it. Then when I went to order the shift manager was so depressing. All the other firehouse subs I have been to I was greeted when walking in and the people there were friendly. This branch was depressing and very sad. The subs were still good but I will go to a different location next time.

Service was quick. Took less than 10 minutes to get my sub after I ordered and the staff was friendly. I ordered the medium engineer sub. It was pretty good. Smoked turkey breast, melted Swiss, and sautéed mushrooms, served Fully Involved which is complete with mayo, deli mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a kosher dill pickle on the side. I wish they would put more veggies on the sub but overall I was satisfied. I would return in the future.

Overall I really like this location. The staff is very friendly. The only thing I didn’t really like was there wasn’t much as much meat on my sub as I would of liked. A couple bites were just bread so I wasn’t too happy. I’ll probably order extra meat next time I go in. Otherwise, I am happy with the selection and the employees.
