Food was okay but service was bad, the worker with her whole stomach hanging out her shirt was difficult. Our order was 3 sandwiches and two sides. We only got the sandwiches. Place was dirty my shoes stuck to the floor. Bathroom smelled and had not been cleaned in a couple days. Firehouse is always a clean company.

Employees didn’t seem to want to be there. Were not friendly and didn’t greet customers as they arrived. Drink machine was down and being rebooted as I ordered, which can happen at no fault to them. However, the fact that it was completely out of ice is on them and it took 10 minutes for it to get filled. The sandwich was decently made, could have been a bit more care put into it to make sure the items made it on the bread. Still had great flavor after rebuilding the sandwich. This is a great place to eat. I don’t know if they were all having a bad day or what, but I would still return to eat here again.

Terrible. Did not have multiple items on the menu – nothing that needs more prep that just opening a bag. Drink machine was down -again. Staff was rude. Two people in front of us walked out after waiting and never being greeted or even acknowledged. We were greeted after about 5 minutes of being ignored, by the staff letting us know they were only accepting cash, no cards. When we were (finally) ready to pay they had no change -couldn’t break a $100. Food was made with as little care or concern as possible. Honestly, should have left. Can’t believe I stayed.

On Friday, July 7th, I placed an order for rapid pickup and the website stated that it would be ready for pickup at 3:55pm. When I arrived at the restaurant around 4:01pm, none of the staff greeted me when I walked in and said hello. They all just stared at me and never responded to my speaking to them. I told them I was here to pick up my order and the girl turns to them asking about it and none of them addressed me and told me they were in the process of making it. The staff was having other conversations and laughing while not addressing me about my order. I waited for about 15 minutes before getting up to ask the young girl(who wore her hair pulled back in a bun) about my order. I asked exactly when my order would be ready and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. By this time, I was very upset by the complete lack of customer service and disrespect. When they did complete my order, it was 4:30 and my food was just about cold. I told the other girl who wore her hair in a long ponytail that I’d ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies with my order. She said they didn’t have any and she gave me a blank stare without offering me another option to choose from or a refund. When I asked for a refund, she rolled her eyes and went to get who I’m guessing is her manager. When the heavyset lady with locs and tattoos came out, she never greeted me, didn’t make eye contact, or apologized for the inconvenience. She gave me the refund and left. I’m utterly disappointed in the customer service that was displayed at this location. I was treated less than a person and that’s flat out unacceptable. I’ve worked in retail for a number of years when I was younger and we were trained to treat customers like we would want to be treated and to go above and beyond when providing customer service and the people at the Victory Drive location don’t do that at all. They all lack in the area of providing great customer service and a general manager or regional manager needs to pay this location a visit because, as a paying customer, I’m highly disappointed in the way I was treated.

My experience was great. I came there this evening around 6. The service was fantastic. Store was clean. They had my favorite Ms.Vikies jalapeño chips. My sub was on point, hot and flavorful. My family loves Firehouse Subs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND *****

It wasn’t pleasant at all I actually wouldn’t suggest anyone eat here. You might actually get food poisoning. The soda fountain had actual mold coming out with the soda. And one of the extremely young workers gave me bread that had been sitting on the counter in the open prior to my order. Whoever own this store should be ashamed of the lack of customer satisfaction and service.

This was the first and last time we will ever go to Firehouse. This was the most disgusting place! I would never recommend anyone go to this establishment. The moment you walked in workers attitude was noticicable, wearing headphones, not greeting customers, not even acknowledging when the customers said thank you to them. One customer even asked the worker to remove headphones so he could be heard thanking them, which she didn’t. You had people walking in from Little Ceasars in the same strip only to be handed a large cup by the Firehouse employee so they could get a free drink and Wing Stop employees from a few doors down come in go behind the counter to get salt and pepper for other patrons because not one of your Firehouse employees would. Is this how you run a business? I hated giving this place one star. After waiting over 30 minutes for our 2 sandwhiches, the food was soggy and went in trash when we got back to our hotel.

If I could give zero stars, I would close had to be the rudest people I’ve ever seen in my life. Food sucked place was filthy. I asked for some salt and pepper, but of course she couldn’t hear me because she was wearing headphones and ignoring everyone. Go somewhere else.
