Phone disconnects when you call the store, you can’t talk to a real person. The website won’t update your order. If you try to order a plater in person, they ignore you and are rude. This store is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! I will never order from here or eat here again. We are a business near by that orders LARGE amounts of food in the hundreds of dollars and I’m tired of paying for horrible service and ordering from restaurants that are FILTHY.

I’ve been here two times before and it was terrible. So bad I figured I had to try it again because nothing could be so bad this often, even tried something different…..Nope, name should be changed to “Brits attempt a sandwich” because of how terribly bland their “food” is. Honestly can’t believe this is considered a sub. I’d compare this to hot, wet cardboard and I’d be insulting cardboard. Never again will I balk at the sandwich my three-year-old makes again after visiting here. Service was meh, before I ordered got told it was going to be a while because they didn’t have enough people.

I was the only person at the counter when I walked in and the cashier told me it would be a 20 minute wait… At a sandwich shop? Four guys working next to her and it would take 20 minutes? I found out why… The sandwiches are outstanding! I’m glad I waited. Fresh, tasty, and prepared their way… Fresh bread, super thin and tender slices of turkey and ham… The Hook and Ladder sandwich is a tribute to Firemen everywhere. I may never go to another sandwich shop again!

This is the sandwich shop to go to. The New York Steamer is probably the best sandwich on the menu. The corned beef isn’t overly salty and the ingredients are so fresh. I also highly recommend everyone try the meatball sub. It’s excellent as well.
