One of the employee’s best describe as (girl with long blonde dreads) is so negative with the other employees and was just standing around while one other employee was actually working. With only 10 customers in the restaurant everyone was waiting 20+ minutes for food. The is the definition of a toxic employee and will make you lose your good ones for sure. My food was great but the one employee that took my order and prepared it looks like he is ready to lose his mind!

First time here. Ordered a Cajun chicken sub online, simple process with lots of customization available, walked in, picked my order up right on time. Price is very fair for what you get. Mushrooms and tomatoes were on point! Very delicious and made for a quick lunch. Thank you!

Great subs! Firehouse I think by steaming there subs gives a great alternative to your typical sub sandwich. They have a lot of flavor with good quality and some offerings that you don’t see in other sub places.

I am really disappointed with how our order turned out. I’ve been to this location during lunch, and everything is fine. Ordered in the evening this one time though, and it was pretty awful. The Wednesday Steamer specials we ordered were messed up and pretty unappetizing. The pastrami was super tough, I couldn’t even chew it. Half of my sandwich was un-edible, as I had to throw away the “pastrami” I couldn’t chew through. The price is definitely not worth it. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this place.

Unfortunately this will not be our usual good review for Firehouse Subs. During my phone order I specifically asked that they bag the orders separately because they were going to 2 different places and provide extra pickles for each bag. When my husband picked up the order it was in one bag and he just left that alone. However there were only 2 pickles for 4 people so he went back and complained. The guy said he couldn’t remember which sandwiches were supposed to be separate so he decided to put everything together and apologized that there were only 2 pickles and gave my husband a few more. Hubby delivered to sandwiches/pickles to my parents and then brought ours home. As you can see by the attached pictures our ham sandwich only had ham in the middle of the sandwich with nothing on the end except for a tiny bit of mayo (we asked for extra mayo) and a tomato. So not only did Firehouse dropped the ball in service they didn’t do very well with the food either.
