I was very satisfied with the quality of the food and the customer service. Ingrid greeted us warmly with a smile, and attended us very kindly even while she seemed to be very occupied at that time. This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we were amazed by the taste of the subs that we ordered. We ordered a Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket and a New York Steamer to go. The toasted buns were very soft, and the subs were filled with generous amounts of beef and sauce. We were also impressed by the cautious measures that they were taking at the restaurant such as equipping a hand sanitizer on each table, blocking some tables to secure social distancing for dine-in customers, and 6 feet signs on the floor. I’m looking forward to visiting this restaurant again soon.

My husband and I wanted to eat something different so I suggested to Firehouse Subs so we went to eat, I ordered a turkey and cheese on wheat bread, my husband ordered a meatball sub kinda the same thing you can order at subway and we also ordered a baked potato soup and then we waited, when we tried the subs I realized that Firehouse Subs is nothing like subway. Firehouse Subs blew Subway out of the water, the bread was soft, the sub had a great taste to it and the soup was great as well, not to mention how clean the place was, and the people were very polite and helpful… I will be going back to Firehouse Subs !!!

I came to this establishment for a TMobile Tuesday promotion. The employee Silva was very rude and denied honoring the promotion. She claimed the owner “Sandra” instructed her to deny honoring the promotion. There’s 8 customers waiting in the store now to redeem this promotion, and Silvia states “they only are attending to paying customers.” I’m personally offended and will be contacting Firehouse headquarters as well.

The workers there are very rude and disrespectful. Will talk smack in Spanish with you right in front of them. ( I speak Spanish) Had to go back multiple time because order was completely incorrect or half of it was missing and would talked to bad for their mistake even when approached about it in a nice way
