We were in the beginning of a family vacation and drove specifically to this store as we made firehouse subs a must have for the road. Upon arrival I was treated very nicely and respectfully from the man taking my order. However, during our wait 3 groups that ordered after us received total of 10 sandwiches before ours were even started. I asked as respectful as I could about our order and recieved nothing but sass and attitude. We love firehouse but, this was a very terrible experience and start to our vacation.

Always greeted and treated to a great atmosphere. We drive from East Tn just for Firehouse and this store NEVER disappoints. Kelly and Amelia are always friendly and professional and GENUINELY care about treating you right. Bread and ingredients are always fresh. Never a bad experience at this Firehouse!!

Cost my wife and I $35 for 2 subs and chips and drinks. I can get same thing at nearby Ingles deli with better quality meat and larger subs for less than $20 no call for any sub to cost $15 by itself. Taste was subway quality.

The food was great. However, after about 20 minutes, I was asked if I was waiting on an order. When I showed my receipt, they said that my order was lost. To their credit, they upgraded my small order to a medium order.

BUYER BEWARE! I ate here yesterday after not having eaten at a Firehouse Subs location in about a year. To my amazement, I was charged $14.47 for a medium meatball sub combo! Are you kidding me! I could’ve eaten at a delicious sit-down restaurant for that price, and my sub really wasn’t that great. Don’t waste your time here.

I️ called in a New York Steamer. Quick service, but the girl working seemed to be having a hard day. Not the happiest camper, but her helper was great! Everybody has bad days. The sandwich itself seemed to be thrown together in a hurry and was definitely NOT cut in half. I’ll try another day to see about consistency.
