The worse we’ve ever been to. Aside from being slow they got the FOOD wrong. The staff wasn’t rude but I was hoping for the typical firehouse sub outcome. Cheddar cheese when should had been provolone on Turkey sandwich and two tiny bacon slices on a bacon only Medium sub. Chopped pickles equated to maybe 6 small pieces on a whole sub so get the pickle spear. They should be embarrassed to represent what once was amazing subs.

It’s been a few years since I’ve been to my “favorite” Firehouse Subs location. This visit, though, was less than impressive. I have ordered my food online 20 minutes in advance. By the time I showed up, I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for my order. Plus, it was a long line, just waiting to order.

I will say, I was very disappointed in our sandwiches today. I’m not sure if one of them were just new or really wanted it to be time to close. The other older lady, umm, she made the worst firehouse subs I’ve ever had in all of the states/locations that I’ve had. The sandwiches were not toasted like they normally are. The cheese was melted, but it was almost as if it was microwaved. The meat has always been very thin/shaved. The meat on our sandwiches was not thin at all, which changed the texture, which changed the entire taste of the sandwich. The meat was very dry, and again, it reminded me of being microwave. The older lady making the sandwiches was extremely slow. It took over 10 mins for 1 sandwich. We were not impressed at all. The sad thing was, we were so looking forward to going because we haven’t been to one since we moved to Texas. I’ll try it again, but if it’s like this after a second time, I will either find another location or just go without. So disappointing, waste of $45.

Sadly, not impressed I ordered the Brisket Cheese Sub for $9.99 & it hardly had any meat… definitely not worth the $. Also, the women’s restroom needed attention & the soap dispenser was broken. Plenty of other sandwich shops that are a better value

Despite low traffic at lunchtime, service was slowww. I had been told their food was good, my experience with the beef and cheese was remarkably bland. Facility was ok but not inspiring.

Place was extremely dirty food all over the floor. One employee came in to work while I was waiting for my food and had a hood covering almost all of his face. He clocked it kept the hood on and never once gave help to two workers who were busy. He just slumped around behind the counter not doing anything. If he had been the one making food I would have left. Very grungy employee. Will not be returning to this location.

I walked in, was ignored by the elderly lady in there, no greeting or anything. then when she did finally come over she rolled her eyes when i order the pepperoni meatball sub. then she asked white or wheat and i said i wanted the garlic bread wheat. She didnt give me the garlic bread, just on wheat bread. i was so excited to try the sandwich but she made the experience uncomfortable and i felt like i wasnt wanted in there.
