The food was good but there was 1 young lady behind the counter making subs that was extremely rude. She handed me each sub 1 at a time (4), when I ask if I could get a bag to put them in she slammed it on the counter. She had the worst attitude to be working with the public. Because of that I will not go back to that Firehouse Sub.

I honestly ddddon’t think that this review will matter not one little bit Donny manager over in store at the time Nicholas and the rest of the very rude staff this afternoon Tuesday Feb. 28 at 2:58PM Order #10023. I gave the experience one star—because it made my grandson happy for the food …which that was very messly put together and handed to him. Had to ask for the drink cup after having ordered the combo. Response to “we won’t be spending our money here again” was a shrub and smerk from the in store at the time manager Nicholas. WHAT A SHAME!!!

My first time eating here. Loved it, it beat Subway hands down. I got turkey sub, my youngest got the meatball sub, husband and oldest got the steak sub. They are also very generous with the meat on sandwich, (sorry Subway, you are cheap with giving meat). Bread was so soft and fresh. I wish I lives close to ones of these sub shops. Will definitely be back!
