The crew that comes into close, usually after 3pm, are extremely lazy. After 4pm, the phone is turned off, and online orders are disabled, requiring customers to come inside just to order. This has been the case for the last three months straight.

I was calling in to place an order around 6:50 pm and was put on hold for 12 minutes before they proceeded to hang up on me. By the time they hung up I was already pulling in and when I walked in there were no customers and the crew (who I assume closes) was just talking and leaning up against the counter not doing anything. I’ve tried this location 4 times. Always a problem. Either messed up order, or out of meatballs, or some other ridiculous excuse. Love the firehouse brand, but you’d think that a prime location would be better. Nope. The manager usually fixes issues on dayshift, but after 3pm like others have said….needs work. Half of menu disappears the later it gets. What a joke

I walked in with a buddy and we had to wait for a large order to be completed, waited almost 10min and then got our order in. service was end of shift sort of rushed but was accurate and with a smile and we got our bags fairly quickly. The bread was soft and a decent bread, the sandwich lacked a bold flavor. The pastrami sandwich had a poor meat to bread ratio and skimpy on the fixings. Csn order double meat but we were looking at over $30 for a couple sandwiches which isnt unheard of but these arent worth that price point Firehouse has gone from go-to to an occasional meal on the fly drive by.
