So, I ordered here with my mobile app the day before with the intention of my coworker picking up my food. He forgot it and by the time he had gotten back, it was almost closing time. They wouldn’t answer the phone for me to tell them I was on the way. I didn’t get my sandwich. I used the contact feature they have on their website to email the store. They called me back first thing the next day and told me that they would make me my order at no charge for my meal tonight. I went in, and they were understanding and made things right. Plus the staff is super friendly. Keep up the good work

OK, five stars for a fast food restaurant seems high, I get it. The food here is good, it’s Firehouse so it’s not a big New York deli, but it’s WAY better than any subway. What makes this one special though, is the people. They are very friendly and thoughtful. They care about your dining experience and they even remember my name even though I’ve only been in there a few times. When fast food seems pretty much all the same, I’ll go to where the service is great, and the service at this Firehouse location is really that awesome!
