My wife was asked to return a sub because it was done wrong (again) as this seems to be a consistent pattern with this Woodhaven location. Upon arrival the person that was to fix this mistake said Yiu are some of it so there is nothing we can do to help . She drove 15 minutes to return this as their request. The service sucks, the employees said don’t come back here …. Absolutely uncalled for treatment . Just ridiculous. Will never return and will tell everyone that place is poorly ran, the service sucks, and it is absolutely unbelievable . She said she spoke to the owner and the owner said to send them away and don’t refund or fix anything . WOW!!!!! Horrible .

Went in and noticed an employee sneezing several times with covering herself and approaching the front to fix food! I said to the young man who was taking my order, I was concerned about the sneezing! He tells me she’s sneezing because of the jerk seasoning. However, when I received my order and proceeded to walk out the door, the young man said… Have a nice day and proceeded to play cough loud enough so I could hear him…. Approximately 3 times! This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially when there a lot of viruses going around. They thought it was funny, but they need to be reprimanded! Just not acceptable!!!

Ok so I ate here twice in one week with my family. Both times I got the chili along with my sub. Well after the second time I developed food poisoning so bad I ended up having to go to the ER to get fluids as I was sick for 5 days. Yes I know it was the chili because I was the only one sick and honestly, that’s all that came up. I did make a report to the Wayne county health department as well from the ER. All I can say is that chili was either left out and not properly heated or it was extremely old.

I really was a fan of firehouse subs and have been going to the Woodhaven one since it opened. I visited today for the last time. I was a huge fan of the steak and cheese but today I paid $12.17 for a sub and chips. The last time I was there it was $11.00 rounded up for the firemen. I watched the cook put my sub on the counter for the window lady to hand it to me. It sat there for probably 8 to 10 minutes before she finally handed it to me. I was actually thinking how bad I felt for whoever’s food that was and then she handed it to me. The bread was so soggy and there was so much mayo on it. I couldn’t eat it. I picked off the steak and since there wasn’t enough to make another sandwich I gave it to the dog. This place has gone so far down hill. I’m not spending any more money there.
