DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AT THIS LOCATION! We ordered a meatball sub through the platform Seamless (as we’ve done previously, and as a recommended vendor of theirs on Google) and went to pick it up and they said the order never came through. Showed them the order confirmation/details and they *refused* to fulfill the order. He was told it was through a 3rd party and there’s nothing he could do about it, told that it had worked perfectly fine within the last few weeks and the response was “guess it doesn’t work this month.” I wouldn’t recommend anyone order online here if you actually want to get the order you paid for, but we won’t be coming back in person or ordering here again after being refused. This market is far too saturated for restaurants with mediocre products like this to have customer service this poor.

Been here 3 times now and the only part of my order that was right were the drinks, and the drinks you have to get yourself. Food is good, but the workers either don’t care or can’t interpret a simple order. Its just a turkey bacon ranch sandwich with nothing changed, and for some reason its a completely different sandwich, or a medium instead of large, or its missing bacon. Really annoying.

First time trying Firehouse Subs, stop by today for lunch because I had a birthday reward. Way better than Subway! All the ingredients were Super Fresh, I went in app and customized my sandwich order and was 15 minutes late picking up my sandwich and it was still absolutely delicious.
