Very very very rude employees. Place is joke. 30 min to get a sandwich and it’s wrong. The staff (young girl name starts with a D) was very rude and acted like she wished I would have never came in. She was eating behind the counter licking her fingers while I ordered it was comical. She needs to go back to the slums where she crawled out of and get out of PTC

Came in the night of 2/12 and it was about 8:30. The cashier was fantastic! Super friendly and she went above and beyond during my visit. The food was great and came out quickly. I’d say it was the best experience I’ve had at any firehouse subs

Gave a one but should be a zero. Arrived at 12 noon and ordered a small sandwich. 45 minutes later still no sandwich. Ran out of time since on lunch break, so left. At that time I was still number three in line so, could have easily spent an hour waiting on a small sub!
