The food was fine, but this was the worst service I’ve ever had at a Firehouse. I would understand if they were just busy and understaffed. But they had 4 employees in the kitchen and everyone was just taking their sweet time. I talked to a lady who was also waiting on an order for nearly half an hour. For 2 sandwiches.

Food was good but took 34 minutes to get my one large sandwich and the lady in front of me has 3 small sandwiches and took over 30 minutes as well. There was about 6 people waiting a long time for sandwiches and they was only calling out someone’s name every 5 to 10 minutes. I head people back there talking but don’t know what they were doing.

Tonight I ordered a meatball sub, extra cheese, extra jalapenos and seasoned with red pepper flakes. If you like spicy than this is your sandwich. I love the meatball sub from here and I love spicy. These guys did a great job making this sandwich and made sure to add the heat when asked. Kudos!

We stopped by this location in wild light right before closing time 8 minutes to be exact. When a friend asked the young female worker if we could order to go we were responded to with a nasty attitude which continued through ordering process. We were then told we could wait outside for our food so we did. While waiting we watched the workers making the sandwiches. I then observed the same young lady with the horrible attitude tampering with our food very openly while making the sandwiches. At one point it even looks to as she may have spit in one of our sandwiches. Once the food was ready everyone’s orders were thrown out the door by the same young lady. (See photo) Some of the sandwiches fell out of boxes themselves. We demanded a refund at this point. We were informed by another employee the female employee was Sophie. The “Acting” manager did nothing to help in any way at this location. It’s absolutely unacceptable how we were treated. We did nothing other than offer our business and had nothing but attitude and hate spat in our faces. We will not be back.

Excellent location with a light to access the strip that its in. Decent parking and plenty of room to sit inside. Brand new facility and very clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We did a pickup order and it was on time that matched the order of when it would be ready for pickup. They do offer gluten free Schar sub bread if you cannot do gluten at an additional charge of course. Overall the food was good at a decent price for the area.
