The wheat bread here was noticably subpar compared to other Firehouse Subs locations. For one, they didn’t toast it. But it also seemed more like a tasteless spongy store-bought roll than the usual slightly sweet and chewy texture that I love. Unfortunately it seriously detracted from the taste. I won’t come back to this location.

Was HIGHLY disappointed. I absolutely love Firehouse Subs and have eaten at Firehouse Subs all over the South East. But I will not be returning to the Winder, GA location. Both times I went they were either out of bread or lettuce. Like…. seriously? A sub shop with no bread ♀️and the quality of the subs was just not good. Sad to say.

I visited this location on Friday and my sandwich was good;however the area where the food is prepared, the vents and the lights were consumed with dust. Each area should be cleaned, but especially those areas.

Incompetent staff. Super slow. Waited for my online order 30-40 mins past the time it was established to be ready. Stood at the pickup area for 15 mins and finally asked where my order was. They didn’t start it until I said something. Then took another 15-20 mins for them to make it. It was a kids meal yall! Meat, cheese and bread with a rice crispy treat!

Placed an order online for the family. Paid for a large smoke house with added mushrooms. Was like $15. Got home the sandwich is cold and soggy and literally had the same amount of meat as a xtra small would. No cheese and no mushrooms. They also didn’t give me the two cookies we ordered and paid for. This place is a joke.

I ordered hook and ladder with lettuce, tomatos,extra mayo, onions, peppers, orgreno.. ask me what I got? A sandwich with extra mayo, sprinkle of onions and lettuce…that’s it!! Never stop there again. Lesson learned!

This actually honestly may be the worst firehouse I’ve ever experienced. The last 2 times I’ve been here they’ve been closed way before scheduled hours. The first time was due to “staffing” according to the sign on the door, but there were 4 employees inside the locked store. How many people does it take to make a sandwich? This time there is no one inside the store and it’s 8:30pm. The store closes at 9pm based on what is posted on the door and the website. I literally got out of my bed for this foolishness.
