First and last time I simply asked for a steak and cheese sandwich only clearly told them meat and cheese only kid probably thought it would be funny to mess up an order I’ll Never purchase from this location again….

Food was cooked to perfection. And the employees were all nice. Probably the best Firehouse subs I’ve been to.

Great subs, as is at all Firehouse establishments. On this particular visit, the service was very slow. I assume they were shorthanded.

I was so excited thinking about the EVERYTHING Hook and Ladder Sub. But when I opened the box I was shocked to see that the bread was missing the EVERYTHING. The sub still tasted good though

This was my first time ever at Firehouse Subs. Stopped in around 6:10pm to grab a sub and the gentleman working this particular evening was very rude. He was very short while attempting to answering questions and never once looked up from the register. He did not give me my receipt. I didn’t see him wash his hands after handling money. He went straight to the gloves. He then made all the orders as if he was bothered. He put my sandwich in a greasy bag and threw it on the counter and said there you go. I will not be returning.

Delicious subs with toasted buns, premium meats, cheeses and vegetables made fresh for you while you wait. I love the hot sauce bar, coke freestyle fountain, chocolate chip cookies and brownies. Made by Firemen.

Stopped in July 2 around 8 pm. Order taking went smoothly. Person who worked the end of the line finishing sandwiches was extremely rude. Had a vocal attitude with customers name calling to pickup meal. Clearly didn’t want to be there. One couple approached the order taking station and was told there was a 20 minute wait for their order. How is that possible? Food was just okay, customer wait staff was perhaps the most customer hostile I’ve ever seen anywhere…and I’ve been around, believe me.

The food was yummy. The service was amazing and the fact that we were thanked for being firefighters made the whole visit worth it.

Got firehouse for dinner while staying in a hotel. Never had it before but it was delicious. I got the size small sub but should have gotten a medium! I ordered the club on a sub and husband got the new pizza meatball one. Both are absolutely delicious! And the employee that checked us out was very friendly but I think all the employees did a fantastic job!!!
