I order at this location multiple times a month and they always mess up my order. And I never complained but this time I’m over it! They charged me for what I ordered but can’t put it on the sub! I ordered tonight online like always and my subs we messed up. I called to have them fixed it which they did but they still messed up my order. Either the employees can’t read or do not care about there jobs! It was a simple order of a steak with no cheese and add mushrooms but the first order came with nothing on it but steak and when “they fixed it” everything was on it but mushrooms and they added cheese. I talk to the lady and she repeated the correct order back to me. What a waste of money and time. I definitely will not be going back here. Subway can at least put what you want on your sub!! SMH what a shame!!!

First they had order wrong. Had to go back 7 moles traffic called told the guy I got the wrong sandwich.could he have the right one ready meatball fully engulfed. This is the dryed up sandwich he forgot to give me the first time. Cold dry and terrible. Never again will I give you another try. I quit coming there bc of your quality. I normally love Firehouse subs but this franchise in store is absolutely awful. The food quality is terrible the past three times that I’ve come here and I’ve come to terms with the fact that even though I love the subs the people that work here obviously don’t care about their jobs. Been in the restaurant industry a long time and I don’t usually want to report things to the corporate office but this place needs to definitely be reported. Order a hook and ladder fully involved and basically got the meat cheese a couple of wilted pieces of lettuce some strands of onion skin and 13 lb of mayo. Absolutely disgusting. Didn’t even make it to order.

I’m not sure who owns this location but a call would be most helpful so if you can reply I can better explain. 1. We walked in the place was filthy so I went back to the car to get sanitizing wipes, had to clean the table and chairs. At first I figured they were short. They weren’t. There were 4 people there. 2. We both ordered club on a sub, they steamed them however both sandwiches were cold Luke warm at best. 3. While eating a flying object comes out of no where. We quickly realized it was mustard. Not sure what happened, if it burst or an employee dropped it but it went everywhere including our food and clothes.4. At no point did anyone co e to talk to us but a young lady did come to clean when she realized what happened and she apologize. The manager and the other gentleman working were mute. We were headed to meet friends so of course we just got up and left bc it was clear they don’t want customers. Neither of us had our phones inside but I wish we did. The health inspectors need to visit this place we won’t be back but they prob don’t care.

My coworker and I ordered lunch here. My sandwich at least had the correct fixings, but the bread was so stale that it was hard as a rock. It was like trying to choke down a mouthful of saltine crackers with no water. Her sandwich was ordered with extra pepper jack cheese and NO mayonnaise. Instead, they slathered the sandwich in mayonnaise and did not include any pepperjack cheese which she paid extra for. When she called the store they asked her to bring the sandwich back, and they would remake it for her. She drove all the way back over there, and then they told her they could not remake the sandwich because it would “cost too much for them”.

Food was great and prepared well. Should probably get a different cashier because the one I encountered was extremely rude. I watched as the lady in front of me asked a question about points and the employee responds “I don’t know how many points a sandwich is” with a nasty look on her face. She also seemed very annoyed and impatient as I ordered too.
