Wed., Oct26,2022 Disappointing and hard to forget. I was the only customer in the store and three employees working the dinner hour. Cashier could enter my order (a sandwich) correctly. Employee making my order did not read the order, made the sandwich with double meat and then asked me if I ordered double meat. Another employee remakes the sandwich and adds the wrong condiments (oil in stead of vinegar). To top it all off, I carryout and one block from the store discover a black hair in my sandwich. I returned to the store and had to prove there was hair in the sandwich by finding the hair for the employee. I did not receive an apology for the fiasco I experienced when I placed the order nor for the hair in my sandwich. I requested a refund of my money and yet still no mention of or attempt to apologize! Bad service and three employees who were not equipped to provide quality customer service. I will not return and management needs to consider additional training and appropriate head cover for employees.

We absolutely love the sandwiches there, and have had them often. Today I happened to be on the phone with my boyfriend ad he ordered, and heard every word. The subs were dropped off at home, and mine had no cheese on it, even though it should have. I called thr store and was told there was nothing they can do without us bringing the sandwich back in, which was not something i am physically able to do. Super annoying, when it was their mistake. No coupons or credits offered.

We arrived forty minutes before closing. We ordered a meatball sub and were told they put their meat away at 8. Closing time is 9! Meatball subs are a signature item there. Why quit selling them an hour before closing?
