I ordered food at 1:00 with a pickup time of 1:25, at 1:30 after I’d arrived I was told they had set my order aside and they were about to start making my sandwiches. I did not actually get my food until 2:00. Staff was polite but seemed lacking in knowledge and time management skills.

Food was ok, but not that good especially for the price they charge. Your better off to hit up the Subway. My big deal is we said NO CHEESE. Had a long conversation about how our daughter can’t eat cheese and low and behold what’s this!?!?!? CHEESE Now we’re stuck with either option A: wasting my gas going back up there to get the right thing or B: cook her something to eat which is the whole reason we picked food up so I wouldn’t have to cook. I highly recommend you check your food before leaving.

1-22-23 11:00am. Walked in and not a single person spoke to us. We were the only customers in there. The girl at the register was not friendly in the slightest!!!! She didn’t bother to greet us “hi welcome to Fire house subs!” Straight face, as if she hates her job. We got our food, which was good. And when we left again not a single word!!!! No thank you, come back, have a nice day NOTHING!!!!!!!!!! Terrible Customer service!!!!!!!!

My wife and I went for lunch. Only been there once before and it was good. I hate subway but wanted a sub. So I drove 20 miles to firehouse to get my sub. I had the hero sub, she had the steak and cheese. It was a little of a wait for our food but I don’t mind waiting as long as the food is good. It was a great sub,even though they were out of lettuce. I almost decided to get another one to take home. No complaints from me!
