Only two stars because the bar and wait staff was awesome. Quite possibly the worst burger and fries of all time. Staff was excellent, but the food is God awful. The patty was flavorless and the bun may have been fresh 2 weeks ago. On the plus side, I was able to use the bun to finish sanding a coffee table I have been meaning to refinish, so not a total loss.

Friendly and great service. Delicious and excellent – old fashioned, truffle fries, beet salad, short ribs, and brownie trifle. The skirt steak was overcooked/chewy and our server took this off of our check. Overall great experience and nice atmosphere.

I had the ribeye and brocallini. Steak was ok, a little too much gristle, but seasoned nicely and cooked as ordered, medium rare. It was a little too expensive to be just ‘ok’ but was worth it for convenience. I’d eat here again and try the steak again. Maybe the cut will be better next time. Bartender was nice and attentive.

Worse service ever!!! Walked in 7 people behind the bar. Told us to sit wherever. Waited over 20 minutes and never even got water brought to us. There was only about 20 people in the restaurant. After we got up to leave NO ONE even said anything to us! Horrible horrible service. Shame on you Fireside !!!

This is truly a hidden gem! Thomas and Alex are serious mixologists. They create the absolute best craft cocktails in the Denver area. My go to cocktails are negroni and aviation. The aviation here is – chef’s kiss- perfect. The food is good, the ambiance is quiet and laid back, the live music is the perfect soundtrack. I don’t know why I’m not here every night!
