If you are looking for a deluxe buffet that offers a Swiss Fare cuisine that is away from Main Street eateries where you getting are you will be seated in more of a restaurant atmosphere served at each station with a more decadent option, then this is it. You are at a buffet but you don’t feel as if it is one. You are seated and served your drinks each station offers different options and experiences. You will be served at most stations. The service and experience is top notch and the atmosphere is outstanding. We love the Raclette and the roasted meats options. I think desert could be better options but not bad. I would say to really get your moneys worth go early and take your time. We have been twice so far. This time the food was a bit salty but overall great. Last time there was too many gamey options.

I really enjoyed my experience dining at Fireside tonight. Yes, it’s pricey, and the quality of the food doesn’t *quite* match the dollars on the bill, but you’re also paying for the service and the experience, which were excellent.

Incredible culinary experience. $110 for all you can eat fine dining. Many of the items are cooked or heated fireside, including raclette cheese, lamb chops, chocolate fondue, etc. Loved it and we will be back!

This place has been my favorite dinner spot to EAT! All-you-can-eat fireplace meals?! Epic servers. Amazing and new wild game options every time I go. Great lighting. What a fun place to get creative with your meal. You can always feel the love up at Fireside! It’s a MUST if you’re in Deer Valley

Definitely a whole experience. The food being cooked by the fireside was unique. Everything we had was really good. Especially the short ribs & desserts. We were able to do a sleigh ride during our meal which was a lot of fun & unique touch. They do have nice kid options if they won’t eat the food served. The coffee is amazing & all the staff is very nice. They wear gloves and while some of the food I would have rather someone served instead of being an open buffet overall it was all very nice. You’re definitely paying a lot for it – so it’s more about the experience but it was great. It was our most expensive meal while in Park City.

Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and the service was too notch. Loved the food and selections, and how on top of things everyone was. The valet even stopped and helped me find something that fell out of my purse into the snow, which was really nice. Overall really great experience!

Fireside Dining was definitely a different and unique dining experience. However, the place was pretty dated and the ambiance was not it. I also felt the food selection was pretty limited, and some of the food lacked flavor. It was also confusing because only the cheese appeared to be cooked over the fire in the moment, everything else was just sitting next to a fireplace. All of that being said, our waiter was awesome and we really enjoyed his energy!
