Menu selections range from sautéed mussels in a tomato white wine sauce and creamy seafood bisque, to specialty entrées of lamb chops with peppercorn mint glaze, duck breast with orange marmalade grand marnier sauce and our tender hand cut steaks enhanced with gorgonzola butter, Oscar style or a mushroom red wine sauce.

We split an excellent Marriott Burger — excellent quality and ample beef properly cooked to medium. Reasonable selection of wines, but with high markup. Staff were courteous, efficient, and helpful contributing to relaxation after a long drive with detours. Highly recommended.

When I stay overnight in Wichita at the Marriott, I don’t bother looking for a restaurant that night. I always eat at the Fireside Grille; the food is amazing. Great steaks and large bar selection. There’s always something for the kiddos too.
