We are an independent pizzeria located in the heart of downtown douglas. Daryl and I worked in the restaurant industry for many years before buying Fireside. Owning our own restaurant has always been our dream and we love what we do. We use a custom made brick oven to make pizzas, sandwiches, wings and pastas. We also have salads and with over 50 toppings you can create your own masterpiece, or try one of our signatures.

Just a really awesome place! Daryl and his wife are amazing people always so nice a d always greet everyone with a smile and welcome! The seasoning they use is amazing (daryls special blend) which you can purchase to take home! Always have something new or limited on the menu so you better stop in often and try out the new creations!

I ordered the all the way Pizza with their garlic and herb crust. The dough is on the thin side after it bakes with a good crunch. It has the right amount of toppings on it so it doesn’t slide off the pizza. The garlic herb crust gives it good flavor. Their tomato sauce is on the savory side. Will definitely be back again.
