This is my first time here at fire truck. Man am I am pressed. I had their two slice meal with a beverage. And it was great. I also had their wings as requested by the bartender, and man were they great. I definitely recommend this place.

The pizzas are very good, but also very expensive. The server was nice but was very slow and inattentive. One of our pizzas was somehow damaged in the oven, and instead of talking to us about it, they just brought one out and avoided our table until the 2nd was remade. Poor management. 2 pizzas and 4 beers came to a bill of over $100. That high price mixed with mediocre service really takes away from how good the pizzas are.

We do our best to support all local restaurants and have enjoyed all of the Firetruck restaurants.We arrived at 8:25 Saturday evening and were told that the kitchen was closed. One of the servers checked with the manager who said we could order to go.. We ordered the margarita pizza and were very disappointed.,The dough tasted like a frozen pizza, the sauce was terrible and there was almost no cheese. We ate it in the parking lot. Can’t believe the pie was $27..First time we never finished a pie on my family. We would love to support you but I think we will have to pass on this concept.

First impression walking in was the heavy smoke smell. I thought they were smoking ribs or brisket but apparently it was just from the pizza oven prominently displayed in the restaurant.

This place, by far, has the best wings I’ve ever had!! They smoke their wings instead of frying them, and they have an awesome margarita pizza, great food, great service, and awesome atmosphere! We will definitely be back!!

We came here specifically for the goat cheese pizza. The cozy patio and excellent service were just bonus attributes. April took great care of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening! Pizza was delicious and plentiful!

Took one of my kiddos for some special mommy/daughter time. Best pizza I’ve had!!! So delicious!!!!! Joe was such a great server, very friendly and professional! Kept us informed on the status of our food and kept our drinks full. We will definitely be going back again and again!

Overall, I’d come back. I was disappointed to realize this isn’t the OG Firetruck Brewing. It’s a pizza concept with some familiar items. I would love to see them bring in more original items from the other locations- in particular the gorgonzola salad. The pizza was ok. The crust is more of a doughy, focacia style bread, with hardly any crunch. I thought it could use a little more sauce. The southwestern salad was good and fresh, but the cilantro lime dressing didn’t have any lime. I’m wondering if they forgot to squeeze a lime or add salt. It’s missing a punch. Of course the beer was excellent as expected. I just wish the pizza crust was more traditional with some crunch. I really wanted to see more food from the other locations but understand it’s their new concept. I just don’t think the pizza is quite perfected yet. I’ll go back but hope this is just them working out some kinks of being newly opened and hopefully open to some feedback from customers.

My second at Firetruck Pizza. The sauce is very tasty and I like that you don’t have to buy a whole pie, they sell slices! I ordered a cherry limeade cider that was light and tasty. Couldn’t finish it though. I highly recommend. Great service, nice atmosphere. Support local restaurants
