We enjoyed the pulled pork and burnt endz. The sweet potato fries were so good they tasted like cinnamon. The fried pickles and baked beans were also delicious. We tried a smore dessert that we would definitely have again.

Place is amazing. The staff has great energy enthusiastic greeting when you come through the door! The food is totally on point. Had the half slab of ribs and the meat was falling off the bone. Atmosphere is spectacular. Besides the staff’s energetic greeting the smell of wood smoke meets you at the door and let’s you know this place is the real deal. If you haven’t been do yourself a favor and go now. Even the baby loved the ribs!

Tried the 3 meat combo: Cheddar Jalapeño Brat, Ribs & Burnt Ends, all were delicious. Added in the Taffy Apple Bread Pudding, unique and very tasty. Atmosphere is relaxed. Amazing.

Firewater is honestly one of the best BBQ restaurants I’ve been to in years. Incredible food, incredible selection, and the customer service is beyond helpful. These people delight in making people happy, and this is rare in today’s world. We will be back again, and I wholeheartedly suggest to anyone to stop in and eat. You will regret nothing.

Awesome BBQ place with great flavor that bbq sauce is not needed. I ordered the 3 meats (brisket, 6 wings and jalepeno sausage) + 1 side with bacon potato salad and came standard with cornbread, pickles and jalepeno’s. Portions are more than generous for the cost and I was not able to finish. Everything was cooked to perfection and had great flavor. Added bonus was the potato salad and moist cornbread. I’ll make this a stop any time I am in the area for sure.

This place is excellent. Went with my family and we all ordered different things to try. Smoked Chicken Sandwich was fantastic. Smoked Ribs were great as well. They have their own sauce, I recommend the spicy. No Old Style, but an excellent craft beer selection partnered with Whiskey Hill Brewery from Westmont, IL. I suggest the Chocolate Malt Stout. (See photo) this place is worth visiting for sure!
