Food is really good . We tried the calzone and the pizza which was really fresh. The veggie pizza had good amount of veggies. The calzone was so nicely made. The chicken tenders was also really fresh but could have been crunchier.

Without question the worst pizza I have ever had. How is it possible to mess up a pizza? Dough was as thick as an ATL stripper. I love paying 17$ for a small trash pizza. First and last time going to this soup kitchen.

It’s been 2 hours and I still haven’t received my pizza which I understand why because of a parade today. However the very rude girl that answers the phone every time I call said I could not get a refund or credit to my card. She said I could not speak with the manager because he’s Portuguese and doesn’t understand English. I told her I don’t mean to sound like a b i t c h but it’s too late for the pizza now. She told me at first I could not get a refund and refused to give me her name or let me speak with the mgr. Because of this rude person, I will never go back to this pizza place in Plano and reporting them to the BBB! Whatever happened to the days when the customer was right? I’m not upset that my pizza hasn’t been delivered in over 2 hours, I understand but it’s not my fault and she never should have refused to refund the money and been so rude talking over me. I plan on going up there in person to talk with whoever owns and manages the place! What a shame there are rude people working in customer service like her. If she was polite and refunded me the money without telling me no, it would have made all the difference in the world. She should not be working in that position. She obviously is not cut out for it.

Been going here since they opened. Not a happy fan today. Got a pizza and Jr beef -which were fine, but the small order of fried portobellos were not up to snuff. Usually they are big crosscut slices breaded and fried to a golden brown. This is different from most places that just have small mushrooms. One of the reasons to order them here is because they are big and juicy. We’ll not today. I wouldn’t even have considered serving this to someone. I know the pandemic has affected a lot of businesses, but their has to be a standard maintained. Save your money or check your food before you leave. It will be awhile till I come back here…

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER. Firing up loves to substitute ingredients and dressings for other things without telling you. If you want more than one type of dressing, you’ll never get it you’ll just get multiples of the same dressing every time. I’ve tried ordering takeout and delivery and they’re wrong every time with the dressing. Super annoying and super consistent issues here. Management does very little to fix the situation other than offering a 0.50 refund for paid dressings they’re out of.

Absolutely the last time I even bother with this place. Ordered a 12 piece chicken finger and over an hour later received freezing cold bottom of the bag inedible pieces of chicken. They thought by putting 20 pieces in the box that it would make up for it but absolutely not.
