There was no reason for the woman to give rude attitude to me and others while we sat. She came over, “I’ll let this go this time but next time you gotta buy something if you’re just gonna sit.”

Not the worst coffee, but they have a pretty decent machine and when I ordered an iced mocha the gal pulled a jug of pre pulled shots from the cooler and used that. It tasted burny. Again not the worst but I was VERY disappointed you have a nice machine and I’m not getting fresh espresso won’t be back.

Coffee with a side of….lecturing? My husband and I have been VERY regular customers for more than 2 years on our families morning commute from Wausau to take my husband to work. On Friday, we ordered coffee and then waited in line behind a single car for 15 minutes. We were debating the possibility of my husband being late for work because of how long the order was taking, but tried to stick it out and pulled up to the window when it was our turn. There was no one to be seen, no drinks on the counter. We waited another 2 minutes with no sign of an employee and made the decision that he needed to get to work, and left. This morning, after placing our usual order, we were greeted with not an apology, but a lecture about the wasted order. They stated “if you were having problems, you should have called and told us you had to leave”. This is a two way street. If they knew how short staffed they were on Friday, they could have informed us “hey, we are short staffed today, if you order coffee please know the order could take 15+ minutes to make”. We could have then made an informed decision of whether or not to order. Please know that because of how you chose to handle this situation this morning, you have now lost regular customers who have been purchasing coffee multiple times a week for years. Follow up: I wish that were true but sadly, it isn’t. We weren’t even going to say anything this morning, we understand things happen, but we were immediately confronted about how it was “a waste” for the business, politely tried to explain several times that unfortunately due to how long it took and having to get to work we had to make the decision to leave and the reply was “yeah, but it’s money..” and if “we” have problems then we should call and say we have to leave. There was never any mention of “I’m sorry”, the whole situation was put back on us as being solely our fault, which again as VERY regular customers was off putting.

First time here on June 6th 2022. I had the toasted marshmallow latte. It was very good and the staff were very friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and I also bought these cute coasters . Definitely will be coming back .

This place should be a regular stop for anyone traveling the I39. The place has great staff, coffee and the grilled chicken wrap special they ran yesterday was absolutely delicious. That wrap, coupled with their creamy chicken wild rice soup was a home run.

We found this place online when checking our travel route. It is about a 40 minute drive but worth the trip!! I had the Greek breakfast sandwich and it was excellent!! The size of the sandwich was perfect, not a biscuit or english muffin but a foccacia bread. We also each had a frosted coffee and the staff had no problem coming up with a special order one for me. Great people, great coffee, and great sandwiches. Definitely a winning combination!! We will beback, maybe next time for lunch. 😉
