I have been to this location many times in the past but this was my last time. The service is horrible to be as kind as possible. It has gone downhill over the past year or so and there are plenty of other options to choose from including other first watch locations. Very unorganized staff and I think our waitress may have still been asleep.

Great food and even better service! I went out to brunch this morning with my friend…and my 18 month old toddler. Our angel of a waitress went out of her way to help procure crackers and other distractions for my little guy and even helped me out with my bag as I was starting the process of scrambling to pack up. I wish I had caught her name because she truly was the MVP- I think she has waited on us before as well when my son’s fussiness was not quite as extreme as it was today.

I’ve liked this chain since I first ran into it in the Washington DC area over a decade ago. So, I am very pleased to see it expanding in the Pittsburgh area. This location opened in late January 2022 and we got a chance to try it out for breakfast on a Monday morning. The interior has the same decoration style as the Bridgeville location.

This is our second time. They were busy when we arrived but we were seated quickly and our server was there with menus and asking what our drink order was. Our food arrived very fast and was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Chicken Chickenchonga it was delicious it included potatoes cubes and fresh fruit. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be returning.

I was always hesitant about going to a First Watch because I thought they would be overly priced and expensive, and they were somewhere in the middle. Nothing too cheap but nothing overly expensive. I do recommend checking them out if you can as the food and drink were delicious! I got the salmon vegetable omelette and it was so good! I also loved the lavender pea flower lemonade. My fiance got the chickinchanga which he enjoyed.
