For busy 3rd of July this place was full but my waiting time was less than 5 minute and that was around 9:50. We had a small table but for a birthday breakfast this place seem to be perfect for me and mom. Attentive server, we had Katherine, she was sweet and got us what we needed. Food was served so interesting. I would say fancy. Tasted great. Lettuce mix had sour lemony taste. A little stronger than Olive Garden Italian dressing. Me and mom both had salmon Benedict and it was amazing. They way it looked the way it tasted all together. Salmon is smoked and cured all the way so no worries about it be raw. Price wise: excluding tip was $40 (03/07/2023) not bad compared to my other secret place I’d say it’s 10$ over but for the convenient location closer to interstate I’d say it’s appropriate, plus considering current economic state. Oh yes and not watery coffee. That’s always a plus.

Ok we tried First Watch for the first time and it was so delicious!! When we got there we were told 30-45 minute wait but it only really took about 20 maybe. We were outside sitting and one of the employees came and got us to come inside because she told us it was too hot . My seven year old said she rates it 10/10 . She’s a hard one to please with food. My kids got the half waffle and the other got a chocolate chip pancake. I got a blueberry pancake and those had to be the biggest and juiciest blueberries that I have seen. Also those potatoes were DELICIOUS they have the right amount of spice (it was too much for my kid). I got a mint chocolate mocha iced coffee and YUM! Definitely recommend. The hostess (I hate I didn’t get his name) he was so incredibly welcoming and friendly with every guest he came in contact with. Our waitress was kind and tentative all the way to checkout. Everyone was so helpful and wonderful.

This is the first time I went to a restaurant opening where I had great service and awesome food on the very first day of operation! Everyone was super friendly and there were lots workers around to attend to our needs with our waitress. I love a restaurant where everyone is working together to make the customers’ experience great instead of relying on just the lone waitress to do everything. I can’t wait for future visits to try everything on the menu!

After enjoying breakfast at other First Watch locations, I’ve been excited to have one come to Hickory. Decided to go early to avoid crowds and was happy to be seated right away. Anyra was our server this morning and she was fantastic. Everything was clean and well maintained. I ordered the Chile chorizo omelet and it was DELICIOUS! I’m so pleased to have First Watch in Hickory and look forward to coming again.

First time at this location. We had a good experience. Service was excellent. The menu is exciting. Food top notch. It is pricy but everything is these days. It was crowded but it seems like they handle large crowds very well. We have ate at other locations and this one is the best. It is managed well. Very clean. Keep it up guys. Good job. I highly recommend this place. We will be back.

We have eaten here twice and really enjoyed it. They don’t have the tres Leche french toast, however this is close. The million dollar bacon is good as well as the iced coffee. We also had a lunch item which was the roast beef and havarti and potatoes.

This place just opened. They did not disappoint. Service was a bit spotty but it was extremely busy. I got the baja turkey burger, which I’m usually not a fan of (turkey burgers). Let me say this burger was absolutely delicious!! Everything is fresh and made to order. So make sure you have the time to wait. You’ll be glad you did! Would recommend and will definitely be back.

Came here for lunch and couldn’t decide on what to order. The woman at the bar gave me the recommendation to get the Chickichanga. The only negative is the food came out a little cold. The outside of the food was hot but when I bite into it, it was cold in the middle. I plan on coming back to try more and I’m hoping it will be served hot next time. I also had the Morning Meditation juice and it was so friggin yummy! The service at the bar was fantastic as well.
