Overall this was a great breakfast spot. I love that it has an indoor/outdoor bar. There was a long wait, but we put ourselves on the waitlist before we arrived and were sat immediately. Our waitress was very kind and personable, but didn’t check on us nearly enough. We’d had liked to take to-go drinks, but after delivering our check, she never came back by. The food took about 30-40 minutes after ordering to be delivered. It was very flavorful and delicious. I ordered the chickichangas and my husband ordered the Lonestar skillet (a seasonal dish). Overall, I would return.

I had to try Asheville’s First Watch after enjoying the restaurant elsewhere. I visited early on a Sunday morning and was promptly seated. Service was quick and friendly. Coffee was remarkably tasty. Overall, breakfast was good. Eggs and toast were perfect. The avocado on my toast was a bit browned with age and the lemon wedge was a little old too, mild disappointments. Next time, I’d be sure to try something they have to make fresh, like pancakes.

I enjoyed meeting friends here, but the food was not what I expected. I was disappointed with the presentation as well as the taste, but the waiter was awesome and had no problem exchanging my food. I hope my next visit will be better.

Amazing place!! Everything is natural and delicious!! Tons of gluten free and vegan options!! Portions are huge!! The menu is huge!! Staff is always so freindly and accommodating!! Husband and I went 3 days in a row for brunch!! We will be adding this place to a regular dining rotation!!

Should do a better job of hiring or training cooks. I ordered eggs over easy they came out brown and crispy. Potatos were over cooked as well. Server did take eggs off bill after I said I wasn’t paying for them. Never saw a manager anywhere. And it wasn’t very busy.
