Even though we were the only ones waiting to be seated, it took a few minutes to have someone approach us. No big deal. Server was ok but did forget to bring us napkins so my brother had to grab some paper from a kitchen paper towel roll they left nearby. I order my eggs over hard but all came runny with raw egg whites very visible. Al pastor dish had hard tortillas that seemed stale. Banana foster was drowning in a slimy gooey unappetizing sauce. This is the fourth time i have given First Watch as a franchise a chance by trying out their new items but still disappointed at the results. I am ready to move on.

First watch is a good breakfast place. It used to be one of my favorite breakfast spot. I have been going to first watch for over a year. A couple of thing I noticed change was their house potatoes, they’re almost inedible, because they’re too salty. Also their coffee change. But other than that the customer service remains the same which is good and everything else in the menu seems to be OK. Oh! one thing I will recommend is their Waffles delicious and fluffy.

Sunday noontime very very busy. Took awhile to get 4 adults 1child seated. However, the food was good. I personally do not like the typical breakfast bacon eggs ham sausage. I ordered English Muffin n Chicken Sausage (never had Chicken Sausage before). Sprinkled a little hot sauce on the sausage and it enhanced the flavor and it was fairly good. Tasted a sample of Belgian Waffle and it was tasty. Wished I’d predefined one to go.

For 4 years he has been enjoying the delicious food of this place! First time I went to this town! The waitress with a difficult attitude! The wet glasses I throw the napkins at us! The food in this place was cold, the hard-boiled eggs, my dad was visiting, I told them wonderful things about this restaurant and what a bad impression they got! I am very sorry that they accept ill-educated people who cannot do the basics of customer service! I talked to the manager, they served me my food late, I couldn’t eat together with my parents and friends! I will never go back to this place! I tend to speak ill of this experience because the food is delicious! But people are horrible! Dirty bathrooms! They really have to control this! Sorry but they should close!

The wait on the weekends is the only reason for 4/5. I joined the wait-list online as I was coming from Miami (30-45 minutes), but we still waited another 40 minutes to be seated after we arrived and checked in.

We were sat immediately when we arrived, in a booth, so or experience started off well. Server was friendly and helped with the menu. Food was hot and fresh. Coffee was a 7/10. The only gripe was the original coffee mugs on the table were visibly soiled and we had to, of course, day something to get new ones.

First Watch is one of our family’s favorite breakfast/brunch spots. Very relaxing environment with consistently tasty food and quality service. However, today major KUDOS must be given to Roi (our waiter). Roi was absolutely amazing and elevated our experience! He was attentive to details, knew his menu items, made ideal menu suggestions, and created a welcoming and customer-centered atmosphere.

The A/C was off with temps in 90s this morning. Everyone was sweating! I asked the staff waiter to offer beverages since it was extremely hot, she replied that I shouldn’t have stayed if it was uncomfortable. I said my order was placed so I couldn’t leave…she replied with sarcasm and didn’t care. First Watch doesn’t have a customer service number and there’s no one to take feedback. Beware when eating there, I definitely wouldn’t go back.
