This is my favorite brunch spot in Spring Hill. It’s conveniently located right on Main Street/Highway 31. They have lots of great options for entrees including omelettes, hashes, pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, breakfast tacos, breakfast sandwiches. They also have a few salad and sandwich options if you’re looking for lunch. They are not open for dinner. Kelsey L. took great care of us. We both had the avocado toast that comes with 2 eggs and added a side of bacon. They allow you to choose how your eggs are cooked. They have some drink options that have alcohol. Be sure to check out the specials board that has options beyond the menu.

We love First Watch! We moved to southern Mississippi from Kansas City and we don’t have one there so any chance we get we eat at First Watch. I had the strawberry french toast which was amazing! Great service on Sunday morning.

The food was good but I think it was over-priced for the amount you received. I did not like the coffee, and they had no Splenda or regular sugar on the table. I found it hard to get my coffee the way I like it.

Jesse was our server and he was so great! So friendly and outgoing. We felt right at home here! We are here from out of town, and visiting this restaurant was such a warm welcome. Highly recommend eating here. The menu looked so good I couldn’t even decide what to eat! They even have healthy options for people who like health foods.
