Our service was amazing – and that’s about where it ended. Our whole table ordered breakfasts that were eggs and toast. None of the eggs that came out were prepared correctly. The toast was cold and the butter wasn’t even melted. Our server (whose name I wish I remembered) went in the back to remake the toast for us and it was perfect. Maybe she’s not allowed to do that – so I guess it’s probably better I can’t remember her name 😉 I came back another time later in the week and got French toast and it was much better.

The greatest waffle I’ve ever had was from and every time I go it’s still the best. I sub the eggs for homefries and I got the chicken sausage which is wonderful. It’s like diner food but better and reasonably priced. I do not recommend going on Sunday it’s all Christian WASPS the have gotten out of church so not the best crowd but any other day is great

We have been to several First Watch locations between Cleveland area down to Dayton area. This one in Solon is great. The staff was quick and polite with good customer service provided. They smiled and engaged in conversation with their consumers. The food came out warm with excellently designed portions. The flavors meshed well on each plate. They have some of the best coffee. This is with any First Watch location. I recommend trying some of their seasonal selections like the So-Cal burrito I got and the different fresh juices. Sit back and enjoy a great meal, and feel inspired to design your home. Great atmosphere.

Food excellent. Delivered warm. Word of advice, don’t get the fruit cup as a side or even alacarte. As a side with Parma skillet hash, it has 1 piece pineapple, melon, and 3 grapes. I didn’t expect a huge cup, but when dining in it has been larger. This has been this way with delivery for over a year. I should have learned lesson.

I’ve gone twice in 1 week since this place is so awesome!!!! I got the million dollar bacon both times because it was sooo tasty Their menu is massive although they do have a lot of dishes…which both times were so hard for me to pick because it all sounds so good! They have your typical breakfast and lunch items and then they have fun craft foods too like quinoa bowls, breakfast tacos, shrimp and grits, smoked salmon on an everything bagel. It’s all fresh tasting and beautiful! Let me tell you again how great that bacon was…lol. My husband was also really excited to see iced coffee on the menu and I was excited to see the fresh juices. The service the first time was phenomenal and the second time was ok, but they were really busy so they get a pass The decor in this place was also super cute… it’s clean and fresh and it all adds up to a fantastic experience Needless to say I’ll be back again soon

Decided to go to First Watch in Solon for my birthday breakfast and due to the low wait time. I now see why there was a low wait time. It was probably due to the bad service. Our server (who never gave us her name) made us feel as though we were a bother from the time we sat down. Before even looking at the menu she asked us what we wanted to order. We had never ate at the restaurant before so didn’t know what kind of drinks or food they served. I also proceeded to ask her about the nutritional values of one of the items since my nephew was diabetic. I needed to take my time looking over the menu for this reason so I could inform him on how much insulin to take. The server never even tried to help. Once we finally had our food, she seemed to ease up some but when it came time for the bill and our to go food orders, she again seemed to have an attitude like we were getting on her nerves. My fiancé ended up only ordering a side bowl of grits because he had lost his appetite due to her rudeness. On the whole ride home, he kept saying how good the food was and wished he’d ordered more but unfortunately because of the bad service we received, how we’ll never be back to that location and possibly not to any of there locations. I really wanted to enjoy this place.
