The service was a 3 at best. We had a large party and were separated by 2 tables. One table got their food really fast, while the other table waited an additional 10-15 minutes before giving their order. The food was cold and wasn’t good. Furthermore, I’m greatly disappointed at the prices. This place is over rated and over priced for the minimalistic entrees they serve.

Golden Wayfarer
I love this place and the crowd that it brings in. The staff and food are great. My only problem is that it’s SUPER loud because of the flat metal ceiling. It becomes a cacophony of sound which makes it hard to have a relaxing conversation with the people at your own table. I would give them 5 stars if they installed some noise traps on the ceiling. It’s an inexpensive and easy fix that would make the experience even better.

The empty plate (pictured below) explains my experience. I walked over to First Watch while I was waiting for my Jeep to get serviced at a nearby tire establishment. I visited First Watch in a different state some years back and I remember it just being okay. Well today it exceeded my expectations. Everything was yummy and the potatoes were sooooo good! The cut was perfect! Everything came out hot. I had the multigran pancake (banana Granola Almond Crunch), eggs, turkey sausage and potatoes. Don’t judge me! Judge ya momma, I am not ashamed I ate it ALL!

My father-in-law is in his 80’s and has been here since 9:30 AM. It is now 10:45 AM. More than half the restaurant tables are empty inside and outside. Yet, the managers and hosts refuse to seat people. They are rude and the managers are unapologetic. People are standing inside and outside in the heat and First Watch will not let people sit down.
