Our favorite brunch spot when in Alliance! Delicious food and great service. We started with coffee and some Kale Tonic. We thought the juice was a bit too sweet, so we’ll ask for less apple juice next time. For breakfast we tried the Egg White Omelet with a side of country potatoes and bacon and the Belgian Waffle with linked sausage and scrambled eggs. Our plan next time is to try the Fall Menu!

Had the “Pork Green Chili Hash”. When I ordered Robert at bar told me I had not made a mistake. He was right!! (And a great sever). Excellent! Great and deep flavor profile, Cholula not necessary. Robert did an excellent job and easy as a single as the breakfast bar most often has a seat even at the busiest times.

My family has loved brunch at first watch for years now. The food is delicious (the lemon ricotta pancakes are my favorite) the coffee is great, and the service is always excellent. But today I’m writing a review because two employees went above and beyond to make our experience extraordinary. Early in our visit, my son spilled a full cup of chocolate milk all over our table and the floor, but employees Bobby and Chisom immediately came to the rescue. They cleaned our table and space, replaced the spilled milk, and made sure we didn’t feel too bad about the whole mess. We always love our visits to first watch, but today the staff turned what could have been an embarrassing fiasco into a funny memory.

I had visited for the first time, during my birthday celebration & their food was amazing! I fell in love with their French toast and a drink called Tropical Paradise. I was sad to see it was seasonal, but the whole experience was good. I would crave their food the entire trip, so I went three times to the location. The staff is really friendly and my server, Anajia was great! She had a really sweet personality. I recommend sitting in her section.
