I truly love this place. The food is mind blowing, the staff is incredibly passionate about what they do and go out of their way to make certain your experiences is enjoyable. No complaints, advice for breakfast it gets really busy on the weekends. Line can get long, but it moves very quickly.

I really like the Chile Chorizo omelette. The Blueberry pancakes were also tasty and truly humongous! I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants but this one was better than we anticipated!

I’m not new to First Watch, but it was my first time at the Highlands Ranch location. As usual, this breakfast chain didn’t disappoint. Fast seating thanks to their online wait list, a really nice and attentive waitress, and the food came out quick. The food itself was delicious, as it somehow always is. I had the chile chorizo with potatoes, and the wife had their trifecta with turkey sausage and a whole grain pancake. We both had kale tonics from their juice menu as well. All of it was just as expected. Satisfying. Also, as usual, the value of a First Watch breakfast must be noted. You really get bang for your buck, which keeps us coming back. See ya next time, First Watch!

Firstly, this place is busy, especially on the weekends. We think it’s worth the wait, but some may not. I enjoyed the Works omelette today (see pic), and chose fresh fruit to go with toast as sides. My wife got the power wrap and liked it. I appreciate the carafe of coffee left at my table to have as I wanted more. Seems a bit pricey for breakfast, but most things are expensive these days. The waitress was kind and attentive, not taking my plate (or trying to) while I was still eating – a huge peeve of mine at restaurants these days. I hold back the fifth star for the noise volume in the restaurant (ambiance), and for the “pay at the front” system which I feel creates an unnecessary bottleneck with people trying to pay at the same place people are trying to get their name on the waitlist. We’ll go back!

As always, outstanding food and service. We went at 9:30 am for breakfast and there was absolutely no wait and the service was not rushed. The pumpkin donuts though (a special seasonal item) was disappointing they look so soft and fluffy in the menu photo, but the reality is they arrive as small, dense, doughballs. Notwithstanding, their menu offers good variety and so far everything we have tried here is super good!!
