Last week, I ordered takeout from First Wok and unfortunately, I ended up getting food poisoning. It was a pretty unpleasant experience and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through it.

I have ordered twice from this spot the food took over an hour for 2 orders which was chicken broccoli and half a chicken with pork fried rice, when the order was delivered it was beef and broccoli and the half a chicken look like someone was picking at my order.

The most MID take out Chinese I’ve had in a while! Chicken wings super salty and oily! They gave barely any beef in the beef fried rice and no chicken in the chicken and broccoli! I would not recommend this restaurant for nothing bro! Rice was old, they drowned the fried rice in onions! Not worth $5 even

I’ve ordered from here twice in my 3 day stay in Secaucus and it’s been amazing each time. Lo mein isn’t dry and has fresh veggies in it and by far the best thing I’ve ordered from here. Fried rice is what you’d expect from a Chinese food place, pretty good and doesn’t disappoint. Chicken and broccoli was amazing and I could tell they used actual chicken instead of some Sysco frozen stuff as well as broccoli. Sesame chicken was the worst thing I’ve gotten from them but was still pretty solid, just not enough sauce for my taste. And the egg rolls are good as well. Delivery was fast, food was nice and hot when it arrived, there was a good amount of soy and duck sauce, portion sizes were large, and prices were pretty good.

Just left this place. Only doing a review because I saw a black mouse in the waiting area. Very small and dirty place to handle food. Walls dripping with fluids and rusted equipment. I am an Uber deliver person and I am urging you to have the health department inspect this place, not to put them out of business but to educate them on proper hospitality and crucial health risks. The mouse was too smart to come back out after seeing me near or I would’ve had a pic for you.

I did an Uber eats pickup on October 3, 2022 and it’s rare that I recommend people not eat from a spot. It was disgusting. Piled boxes, insects, greasy unwashed kitchen and refrigerators, food just chilling in the open. DISGUSTING. Eat at your own risk!!

I’ve definitely had better! The meat was very soggy and I never received an egg roll that I ordered and paid for. It’s advertised as “dine-in” on Google but clearly it’s NOT! I walked all the way back to the hotel before I realized the egg roll was missing and by that time I didn’t feel like walking back just for an egg roll. They were also out of chop sticks!

Ordered through uber eats beef with garlic sauce and dumplings. Got a completely different order + dumplings. First off the dumplings pulled apart like they’d been frozen together and then couldn’t bother to pull it apart when steaming them. Also, tasted like dirty kitchen water when i bit into them. So disgusting. The completely different beef order I got was a 2 at best. But I think they just gave me a different beef order because they were lazy and didn’t feel like actually cooking what I ordered.

ordered via uber eats and it took over an hour to even get a driver there, and then i went through two drivers because the order wasn’t even prepared- now at this points it’s over an hour. I called the restaurant to be told their manager only took care of online orders and that we had to wait for a call back to check the status of order. When i asked if she could at least check to see if my meal was cooked, she just said “you have to wait for me to call back”. Never called back, uber refunded me, and the restaurant never answered my calls (prior to the refund). Horrible place, horrible service.
