Usually my food does not look like this but now this place is a hit or miss. No reason I should be given fries this dark soaked in grease. Not edible. Unacceptable. Also been going here for beyond a decade and never had a complaint until the few times I’ve gotten a wing dinner the fries are just bad. The wings dont taste seasoned. Not only rude but seems to let go the old workers. I am no longer eating here anymore after today. Waste of my time and money.

I have been customer for last 7yrs and food was always tasty. I ordered the house lo mein which had 2 small shrimp,1strip pork?,1 strip chicken. I ordered the pint size but no excuse for no meat!! The noodles were very thick, like spaghetti noodles and even with duck sauce the dish was bland. So surprised and disappointed. I hope this was just an off day for them.

Food was fresh and served fast. The general Tso was good but a little sweet for my taste. I was able to stop in and grab lunch reasonably fast without any issue. I thought the rice was good. Not overdone and clumpy enough for chop sticks.

Terrible experience. Haven’t ate here in years and I got general sos chicken that I’ve been craving because I remember there’s use to be good. So I ordered from parking lot in my car. Gave them 15 min then I went in to grab order. I get in grab my food went to my car and taste food. Chicken was old and not fresh. U could tell was old chicken they just put sauce on it(also has a weird after taste). So I went in and was very professional. She then blows up about it. We made fresh for u we did. I said mam now u know this isn’t fresh. She then tries to make it seem like I took long to get order. When that wasn’t the case. So she fixes food, slide it’s out window without a bag or anything. I get it and she has me to try it. I’m like yes it’s fresh but it in the back of my head I’m like it still taste so weird. The chicken has to be old or spoiled and they are still trying to sell it. It had the weirdest after taste I can’t even explain. Terrible. They should be ashamed for even trying to sale it. I would never go here again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. They are definitely selling old food. And honestly needs to be reported to city .
