The food didn’t taste good the general TSO’s was vey tough the crab Rangoon had no flavor and was very hard with almost no cream cheese in them. I almost fell in the bathroom due to a puddle of water all over the floor . The over all cleanliness of the restaurant was very poor the glass was just nasty there’s not one piece that’s not dirty and don’t get me started with the floor this place needs a very detailed, thorough clean and to start with fresh food.

Haven’t been here for a year because of the service and food. This time the food was ok but not kept hot, just barely warm. And the service, YUCK! Waitress/hostess never returned after bringing 1st drink. Either hire help or make the drinks self serve. And the tables were sticky and food on the seats. Needless to say no tip left and won’t be returning.

Terrible! We arrived around 6 pm & buffet was almost 1/2 empty & the rest was very sparse! The whole time we were there they only refilled maybe 4 items. Would not recommend!

They have a sign saying if you don’t eat all your food they may charge you an extra 10 percent. The problem is they don’t make very much food at a time then if no one eats it it just sits there and gets Crispy crittered. Their chicken was so tough like it had been there for way too long. In fact everything they had on the buffet was tough or chewy. My two buddies had a really hard time getting their food chewed up, neither have teeth. I have teeth but it was a struggle to get the buffet food chewed up. Plus only one waitress for the whole restaurant to bring your drink. Also at least the bathroom had been painted but it was nasty dirty. We will never go there again.

Dried out food. If you don’t eat it a sign that says 10% charge for wasted food can be added. $13 lunch and it was by far the worst Chinese I’ve had.

So for their list of hours of operation they close at 9:00 but we just walked through the door at 7:45 and we were informed they’re not going to bother to put out any more food and they’re still charging full price for the three available chicken sticks that’s on the buffet no thanks apparently the quality is went down after they reopened

Have frequented this place many of times, rarely have had any issues. Sometimes just too busy that it takes a bit longer to get a refill, but they are still quick to try and get everyone. Always polite, never had an issue with food being cold, old, or bad. Everything is usually marked pretty well what it is unless they are switching things out but even then are quick to change it out. One of my favorite spots to go too!!
