We decided to try out the new restaurant on the lake and wow…never again. First of all, the price is extremely high for food that is not very good. The portion for the price was a rip off. After we placed our order, we waited nearly 40 minutes for it to be served. All of our orders was delivered without our fries which came after we was nearly done with our fish/poor boys. My grandson and I order 1 catfish meal with coleslaw and fries. The coleslaw was served in a condiment cup and wasn’t even that good. The hush puppies were nearly burned on the outside. The fries (when they finally came out) was served with a seasoning that was nasty. As well as the 1 piece catfish meal was $18, the poor boys was $16! Not to mention the staff stood around half the time and didn’t come often to check on you. Oh…and the power went out due to storms with no backup generator to provide cooling and lighting. And with the electric out, the staff could not cash you out since nothing was working. We will not be back and will continue to eat at Camino at Center Hill Marina.

Plenty of seating for large groups, very reasonably priced, and plenty of options. Wait staff was always coming around refilling drinks, checking in on any needs, and even entertaining the little ones. Food came out fresh and steaming hot. Delicious.

My family and I heard about this restaurant from some friends. We decided to try it and were not disappointed. The only suggestion is to get there early. We had to wait a little bit but it was not bad. The kids can feed the fish in the ponds outside while you wait. We got seated and the service was great! Very friendly and they know their stuff. Catfish is the main thing but they have more options for those who do not want fish. But the fish is very good. I got more than I could eat lol. Very good food and fast service! Highly recommended! We will be coming back.

We enjoy local restaurants over “big box” chains. This one is a gem. Friendly and efficient service with a smile from Tabby, our waitress. The fish was very mild with a light crumb covering that was crisp and tasty. Serving of white beans and slaw rounded out the meal. Oh! And the hush puppies?? Absolutely delicious as well. Everything was very lightly fried and just delicious. Next time I’m in the area, this will be my “go to”!

The food was plain simple fried catfish. Was good, but a bit boring for my likes. Assume, that they kept it simple for their folks. The price was very fair.

Food was excellent. Best Catfish I’ve had. Too much for me to eat, so I brought it home, as did 15 others in my group.

I had the Seafood Sampler. This had catfish, shrimp, and a stuffed crab. Beans and Coleslaw on the side. Good service and good food.

EXPENSIVE and poor quality of food. Hushpuppies are only hard balls of corn bread. No flavor, onions or nothing inside them. Some portions of the fish are the minimum, considering they are thin and rubbery (overcooked) & with a price! Service was good, Atmosphere was ok, but I choose to eat fish somewhere else, on my hard earned money!
