The food is genuine and prepared w/ love, the staff are all kind and super helpful. The atmosphere is amazing, nice bar, dining area, etc. Must try the fish sandwiches, absolutely amazing!!! This is a great place to bring the family, take out always great!! I definitely recommend this place

I attended a dinner party that was catered at this location over the weekend and the host planned to have a full meal including baked & fried chicken, fish, shrimp, macaroni & cheese, collard green and yams with iced tea or lemonade and cornbread on the side. It has nice music playing over the speakers and a comfortable setting for a large group of people to be seated.

I visited in person once, but had their takeout several times, and the food has always been delicious and consistent. However, the one time that I was there, the calamari was over cooked and just not what you would expect but the dipping sauce was good!

I love their new location. The atmosphere is great, and I love my food. They give you a lot of food for a reasonable price. The only improvement they should consider is hiring an additional person when they are hosting an event. Our server was great, but she was super busy.

So I went on comedy night and I believe someone was having a birthday! food was amazing I had fish scallops and shrimp everything was super fresh and seasoned well!! After comedy which was super funny! They turned the light down we danced they had a dj!! .. drinks were priced fair. Bathroom was clean! Alot of free self Parking. I’m going back very soon!

The owner cares about the service you receive. The food is fresh made and delicious, so be patient because you will wait a minute. But that is easy with a fully stocked bar, that always has a great punch ready for pouring, and the best part, parking!!! Now don’t wait til 8pm to order my two favorites…. Oxtails and that dang cabbage, cause I promise you, it does not last! But go see for yourself, and it’s okay to lick your fingers there, nobody judging you there!!!Bon Appetite!!
