This little fish house in the Southlake area of Dallas is AMAZING! Fresh fish and seafood with a unique spin and presentation. Please do yourself a favor and try the Redfish and Amberjack dishes, along with the gumbo. So delicious and fresh!

Delicious! Oysters were clean and yummy. Po’boy was great. Fries were hot and seasoned. The Irving location for thus place closed down sadly but I’ll definitely be making the trip out here 🙂

I called this location to ask if they were one of the franchises that were participating in the oysters and margaritas special and asked to speak to the manager because the employee that answered the phone sounded unfamiliar and unsure of this special. Once the manager picked up the phone, his tone was sharp, unfriendly and snappy when answering my question about the special. That was totally unnecessary. I definitely won’t visit this location if they handle their customers on the phone in such an unprofessional manner. I can only imagine what the customer service would be like if I actually patronized their business.

I dine at Fish City Grill on a regularly…usually the Mansfield location and I’ve dined at the Flower Mound locations a few times. Decided on the Southlake for a change. I was shocked. Service was good and the food was good but the booths and seating area was out dated and dirty. Hopefully they have remodeling plans in the near future.

I have come here twice this week with my family. I happened across it when I was looking for a place to eat while out Christmas shopping and the food was so good, I had to come back with my family. I wish we had this in Alabama. Between the two visits, I had the shrimp po’ boy (blackened), shrimp and grits, the lobster and shrimp grilled cheese, and the shrimp and crab queso. Every bit of it was delicious. I only took a picture of the grilled cheese; I pounced on everything else without a second thought. Both of the serves I had, Shalley (sp?) and I forget the other young lady’s name ( she goes to UA – roll tide), were fantastic.

Wife loved the crusted cat fish! Shrimp was also tasty. I’m not a fish lover so I had the hamburger and was BLOWN away at how good it was, ESPECIALLY for a place that specializes in fish. The fry’s were also good. Sign me up for a return trip! Oh, and the service was extraordinary for our group of 9.

Wow! We went for lunch today at 11 am. We were the first customers there and started with the shrimp and crab queso. When it was delivered our waitress said we lucked out it was the last one. From this moment on, I knew we were in for a bad experience.

It was a beautiful day so my sister, daughter, and myself sat out to enjoy dinner. 1st time after debating on where to eat we settled here. We ordered two appetizer fried calamari and chargrilled oysters (oysters never made it out)[[UPDATE:(SO WAITER FORGOT OUR OYSTERS MY SISTER ask for them to make them to go! When you view my piscs this is what she waisted her money on and had to throw away a whole order. It was smothered in cheese and it was not charred rather burnt not edible smh]]it started getting windy so we took the party inside. My daughter ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich daughter said it was a juicy and food and the fries was good./ I ordered the seared George’s bank scallops and shrimp wrapped in bacon.. The plating was terrible my mash potatoes hidden under my wet spinach and then plated my shrimp that looks like kids popcorn shrimp wrapped in bacon my scallops was over cooked dark on one side. My sister had the shrimp and crab stuffed flounder I thought I took a picture but maybe I didn’t. Anyway it wasn’t worth a picture or the price baby shrimp it wasn’t what we expected the bottom of her fish was burnt thsts why i told her to take the picture but she didn’t even eat it and she was hungry it was her who wanted to go outand eat. My drink was a Twisted Citrus Martini didn’t taste the tini but heavy on the citrus. Pink Lemonade was watery FYI. The ambience inside was nice it’s cute for a date night. It’s cute to have a cocktail meet w friends and eat appetizers. The food is basic not worth the prices. 26 bucks for overcooked scallops and small shrimp wrapped in bacon not impressed my spinach should not hold so much water before you slap it on my mash potatoes drain it a bit please chef.
