This is a cool new spot at the Port Angeles Wharf. I got the whole crab and it was delicious. I ordered ahead online and the food was ready when I showed up. There is outdoor seating on the waterfront. Very cool. I’ve never been to a place like this on the west coast. BTW, there is no indoor seating.

The food was pretty good and was the perfect size for a meal. The price was pretty expensive though, with it being over $60 for 2 sandwich meals and a cup of clam chowder. The place also does not accept cash. The placement of the shack is lovely though.

Hot and fresh fish and chips right on the water! I want to come back for the chowder next time. The outdoor seating was casual but loved the atmosphere by the water. Ordering on the ipad was quick and easy as well.

For a restaurant that is just starting out I can’t believe the arrogance that I received from the staff and management. I went in to order the rock fish and I wanted to have clam chowder instead of fries and they said they wouldn’t do that. So they let me turn around and walk away. I do not recommend coming here to anyone if you want good treatment and customer service or anything at all. I can’t believe they let me walk away. As I said earlier for a new restaurant opening up the arrogance is off the hook. Do not come here, you’ll be disappointed. I would give them no stars if possible. There are plenty of restaurants to eat in Port Angeles that have gladly let me get clam chowder instead of fries. Don’t waste your time here. What a bunch of snobs. I have also come here on three different occasions when they said they would be open and they were closed because they decided to paint or whatever they were doing when they advertised they would be open. They need to get their you know what together. You can’t even pay a human being and you can only use their computer and not a person. They do not make it easy for the customer only for themselves. What a disappointment.

We had a great experience here! Stopped in for an afternoon snack on a lovely sunny day. The outdoor seating has a great view of the water and is protected from the wind by the Wharf building. Touchscreen ordering was easy, service was prompt & friendly, my fries were cooked perfectly and my friends enjoyed their fish & chips. Also appreciated thoughtful touches like chrome baskets and nautical striped napkins. Highly recommend if you’re visiting PA or waiting for the Blackball Ferry!

Food was excellent, service was very fast, and great condiment selection. The fish and chips were amazing. I would highly recommend you stop for food and a beer (if so inclined!). It’s very close to the Black Ball Ferry so convenient to stop before or after a ferry trip. The view is beautiful as you eat. And afterwards you can have fun at the arcade, get ice cream at Welly’s Real Fruit Ice Cream, and walk around the building and see the shops.

The newly opened Fish and Crab Shack at the Port Angeles wharf is a seafood paradise. The fresh crab and crispy fried local rock fish were simply amazing, cooked to perfection and bursting with the flavors of the Salish sea.

Food was great!!! The team requested us to order it online on their website since the machine on-site was not setup. After placing the order online as suggested by the team and even after checking with the team multiple times they acted as they don’t care. Highly disappointed with the service at this location.
