In between jobs I had the taste for Seafood. I visited the nearest convenient location before returning to work. After waiting 20 mins after arriving at said delivery time. I get to work to find my food is cold, appears to be old, definitely unclean ( see pictures).

Dead Fly in my food! From this location, across from Walmart in County Club Hills. I ordered 108$ worth of food! Started to eat and after I already ate a few crab legs noticed this! Store told me to call in the morning called back and was told to bring pan with food untouched. What! Then waited on hold for 40 minutes to be told to come in the next morning with pan untouched. This game went on with no help from management. I will never go back and I urge you to check your food with a fine tooth comb. Still no call back from Management, very disappointing.

This place was a real pleasant surprise!!!! The fish dinner I ordered was excellent! The catfish was steamed. Two fillets were presented with steamed broccoli, half an ear of corn, and quartered baked potatoes. Simply delicious! The portion was enough for two people easily. You can choose the spice you wish to have the food cooked with. There are four to choose from. They have an extensive menu. The wait isn’t too long either. I plan to go back. The prices are reasonable for the quality and the portions.

The food is usually a 4 or 5. But the last few times it has been underpar. The food was cold by the time I got home and I live 8 minutes away. The butter wasn’t even half-way full. No lemons given. Potatoes were huge and not cut down like it used to be.

I’ve gone to Oak Forest location many many times for the past couple of years. Went yesterday and the corn was old looking and I had a very small crab cluster the smallest I’ve ever had from there. Food was luke warm and I’ve had warmer. This is my first bad experience. I started to go to the one in Country Club hills should have followed my first thought. I won’t be going there again. I don’t know what happen this time. I always purchase a #14 and it was way better in the past at the same location. They did not give me butter or shrimp sauce. I’m usually not a person who complains but I had to say something.
